Wow.<\/p>\n<p>Just over a week ago we took Spencer off the oxygen, spent a couple of days testing his saturation levels, and finally last week we returned the oxygen tank and the monitor to Intermountain Home Care.<\/p>\n<p>The day we took it off of him I just kept singing the words to &#8220;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stlyrics.com\/lyrics\/pinocchio\/ivegotnostrings.htm\">I&#8217;ve got no strings<\/a>&#8221; from Pinocchio. He&#8217;s a real boy now! lol. Dave just laughed at me. Seriously though, it was almost like we were looking at a completely different little boy without the attached oxygen.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>I&#8217;ve got no strings<br \/>\nTo hold me down<br \/>\nTo make me fret, or make me frown<br \/>\nI had strings<br \/>\nBut now I&#8217;m free<br \/>\nThere are no strings on me<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Its nice to be free from the oxygen. And to have a healthy baby. And to feel like we can return to somewhat of a normal life.
