You may have noticed that my blog is now suddenly home to random google-generated ads.<\/p>\n

You may find this weird or annoying. If so, I’m sorry…<\/p>\n

I’d heard a lot about AdSense in the past. I’ve heard success stories of people using it for advertising on their sites… and I even know some websites\/blogs that fund their giveaways solely from the advertising done on their web page. All of this intrigued me.<\/p>\n

So I thought I’d give it a try.<\/p>\n

I know that my readership isn’t that of a lot of these other big dogs… but I figure it can’t hurt to give it a try and see how well it works.<\/p>\n

So thats the motive to my madness.<\/p>\n

And, maybe one day (in 6 years when more than 4 people read this thing)<\/em> I’ll have grandeur giveaways too. I’m not holding my breath though.<\/p>\n

In the meantime please excuse the ad-related clutter.<\/p>\n
