Oh, and on the topic of slimy wet kisses…
Spencer’s closest attempt at kisses involves a slobbery wet face. Yesterday after Bridget received one of his loving “kisses” she promptly licked her lips (and a good portion of her face around her lips) and returned the gesture – planting a nice wet one on Spencer’s cheek. I couldn’t help but laugh – but I also had to inform her that, although funny, it was pretty gross and that she probably shouldn’t make a habit of kissing Spencer or anyone else with saliva-covered lips. I’m still laughing about it. Ha.
What a goof Bridget is! Wet kisses are cute from babies who don’t know any better, but when you get to be Bridget’s age, well…funny, but a little grosser! I loved watching Spencer today from the pew behind you. He has such a little squeeky cry, I love i!
That is funny that she picked up on it so fast! One of my siblings taught Brooklyn “Kitty kisses” where you lick someones cheek for the kiss…I am trying not to remind her of it-it is yucky!
Ha ha thats funny. I can just picture her doing that. I got that in an email from Jennifer, it’s a pretty funny pic. I also had to laugh yesterday when Marissa bore her testimony and as she sat down, Bridget said “good job!” 🙂
